Vedic Meditation is an indispensable life skill, a truly effortless, practical and proven technique that absolutely anyone can learn, millions have. It’s guaranteed to make you less stressed, more creative, happier, more productive and adaptable to the demands of life.

Learning Vedic Meditation consists of four 90 minute sessions held over a few days. During the first session you receive personalised instruction and learn how to effortlessly enter the meditative state. The following three sessions super refine your practice and by the completion of the course you have practical experience combined with deep theoretical understanding that allows you to practice entirely on your own. Once you learn the technique you have it for life.

Group courses are conducted on a regular basis in Paddington (Sydney) and Byron Bay. Private courses are available on request for those who prefer one on one instruction.

At the completion of the course you’ll be self-sufficient in the practice and able to Meditate completely on your own for life.

COURSE CONTRIBUTION

The course fee covers; the course of instruction to an online tutorials and the ability to re-take the course any time in the future at no cost.
